1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1win2u platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1win2u as the platform provider. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the 1win2u platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. This is the minimum age set for casino gambling.
• Legal capacity: You must have valid legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not in a restricted jurisdiction: You are not located in a jurisdiction that specifically restricts or prohibits online gambling.
• Single account: Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or for any other reason is strictly prohibited.
• Not a platform employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 1win2u staff are not permitted to open a gaming account.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), mobile phone number, and an active email address.

3.2 Identity Verification

1win2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and details of the payment method used. This verification process is part of the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1win2u will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 One Account Only

If the system detects more than one account belonging to the same individual — based on name, IP address, device information, or payment method — all related accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

1win2u offers a range of convenient deposit methods for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. No maximum deposit limit is stated, however 1win2u reserves the right to request additional verification for high-value deposits.

4.3 User Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the payment method used is in the name of the registered user. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account freezing.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all methods
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours after approval

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before making a withdrawal, users must ensure the following conditions have been met:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved
• Any wagering requirements associated with bonuses have been fully met
• There are no pending investigations involving the account

5.3 Withdrawal Delays

1win2u reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for compliance review and fraud investigation purposes. Users will be notified if their withdrawal requires additional time to process.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement that must be met is 20x the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples as defined:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements
• 1win2u reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or misuse
• Other promotions such as cashback, birthday, and referral bonuses have their own conditions which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms

6.3 VIP Programme

The 1win2u VIP programme has three tiers with different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

Moving up to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform. Users who remain active and consistent are likely to advance to the next level over time.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the 1win2u platform — including online slots, live casino, sports, sic bo, and horse racing — are subject to their respective game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

7.1 Game Results

The results of all games are considered final once processed by the system. Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted to customer support within a reasonable period and will be reviewed based on stored system records.

7.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game round, 1win2u will endeavour to resolve the issue in a manner that is fair to all parties. In certain cases, bet amounts may be refunded at the platform's discretion.

7.3 Sports Betting

Odds for sports bets are fixed at the time the bet is placed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under conditions specified in the sports betting rules. Users are encouraged to fully understand bet types such as mix parlay before making their selection.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use the 1win2u platform for the following activities:

• Fraud, manipulation of results, or any form of cheating in games
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account
• Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about the platform

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.

9.2 Suspension by the Platform

1win2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• False or incomplete registration information
• Identity verification failed or rejected
• Suspected fraud or money laundering activity
• Requests from the relevant authorities

9.3 Balance Upon Account Closure

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 1win2u reserves the right to withhold the available balance at the platform's discretion after the investigation is complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

The 1win2u platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1win2u will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.

1win2u does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may be carried out from time to time, and users will be notified in advance where possible.

11.1 Age Requirement
